Field Notes
- Male: Upperparts glossy green.
- White underparts.
- White area extends behind and over eye.
- White flanks extend to side of rump.
- Tiny bill Forked tail.
- Female duller than male.
- Juveniles are dull brown above and might have trace of a gray breast band.
